Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, no embedded maps or videos and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else, so there is no cookie banner to answer. The web host, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), may keep ordinary technical server logs (such as the address your request came from) to keep the site running and secure.

What I collect and why

If you use the enquiry form I receive your name, your message and the phone number or email address you choose to give. I use them to reply and, if you ask, to quote for and carry out work. My lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps you ask for before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries. You do not have to give me anything you do not want to; you can ring instead.

Who receives it

Your enquiry reaches me by email. It is sent either by your own email app or by a small form service I run on Cloudflare's network, which keeps no copy. Mail sent to enquiries@northphase.co.uk is forwarded by Cloudflare to my inbox with Gmail (Google). I do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If you become a customer I keep the records the law requires for accounts and tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to restrict or object to its use. Contact me using the details above. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
